How to cancel your web hosting plan

You can cancel your service from within your Client Panel.

  1. Login to your client panel account.
  2. Click Services in the top menu and then My Services in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click View Details next to the service that you wish to cancel.
  4. Click the Management Actions tab and then Request Cancellation in the drop-down menu.
  5. Please describe your reason for canceling your service. This is of importance to us as it enables us to see where we can improve, in case we did not fulfill your expectations.
  6. Choose your Cancellation Type - "Immediate" or "End of Billing Period".
  7. Click Request Cancellation to confirm your cancellation


Important! If you select an immediate cancellation please ensure that you have downloaded backups of your data before you make your cancellation request.



You will receive a confirmation e-mail, sent to the primary email address on file with the subject Woktron: Cancellation Request Confirmation

If you did not receive this e-mail please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. In the event that you believe you have not received this confirmation and you have checked your spam and junk folders, please contact our sales & billing department to ensure your cancellation has been received.


Reactivation of a cancelled Account

If a cancelled account is to be reactivated, an administrative fee of €17.50 is charged in order to reactivate it. Also all the other overdue invoices will need to be paid before a cancellation is lifted.


Important! we do not accept cancellation requests via e-mail or support tickets. We may request further identification verification in some circumstances in order to protect your account from being canceled by an unauthorized third party.


Important! Cancellations requested by a third party are not accepted. All cancellations must be made by the main account holder that we have on file
