Unfortunately, automated setup is not available. Typical setup time during Business Hours is within 10 minutes to 45 minutes both during weekdays and in the weekend. Due to additional ID verification checks and auditing, activation may take longer.

VPS and Dedicated servers

Our team may contact the clients who order Dedicated servers from us. It is necessary, as we are highly concerned about the security of our clients, and we take all the available measures to protect them. After the order is verified, the technicians will proceed with the setup of the server.

Dedicated server activation time depends on the Server and Server Management plan that you've selected. Usually, all Dedicated servers are activated within 1/2 to 2 hours after the order has been placed, pending potential verification checks that may take up to 24 hours.

Once setup has been finished, the welcome email with all the details for your server is sent to you. If you have not received the e-mail from us within the required period, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
