Backup policy


Woktron have committed to a daily system wide backup schedule for our shared web hosting, reseller hosting servers, which includes all client accounts, websites, databases, ftp accounts and e-mail accounts.

Semi Dedicated Hybrid VPS accounts are also backed up daily.

We store these backups for 7 days, after which they are rotated. So, we usually can't restore systems that are weeks old.

Woktron make weekly backups of Virtual Private Servers and our Reseller Cloud VPS

We do not provide backups for Dedicated Servers.

We can restore your web, email and database content from those per your request. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep copies of your content safe; we recommend you make your own backups regularly.
